LED Dancefloor Hire
Our LED Dancefloor comes in a standard size of 16ft x 16ft or 20ft x 20ft with those larger venues with more than 120 guests.
Custom Size LED Dancefloor
We can also cater for custom shapes such as an aisle or walkway or custom sizes and shapes from 10ft up to 24ft wide.

The Practical Bit
When you hire from us we take care of all the boring practical work – like delivering, setting up, and dismantling the dance floor. We can perform the installation at any convenient time on the day of your event, and we offer a rush installation service just before the wedding or event starts – perfect if you’ve only hired your venue for a short time or for weddings when an evening set up is required.
The dance floor can be configured to suit virtually any event or venue size! The standard size is 16’ x 16’ (4.88 x 4.88 meters), but it can be reduced if needed, or expanded up to 20’ x 20’ (6.1 x 6.1m) to make sure all the guests have plenty of room to dance. The dance floor is certified as safe, it’s fully insured, and it’s well maintained at all times. It also gets some TLC between each use, including a thorough clean and polish to guarantee it’ll be ready to shine just for you.

FAQs
What size of dancefloor should I choose?
Our most common size is the 16ft x 16ft that will be suitable for events up to 130 guests. The 20ft x 20ft is also available for larger events. We can also do smaller sizes by request for more intimate weddings or events.
What time do you set up the dancefloor?
If the venue has space available we can set up the dancefloor in the morning of your event. If there is to be dining tables where the dancefloor should be, such as a wedding we can set up in the evening at the same time as your entertainment.
How long does the dancefloor take to set up?
This depends on the access to your function room but usually 45 – 60 minutes we can have everything ready to go for you.
When do you collect the dancefloor?
We would usually collect at the end of the night but can also arrange with the venue to collect the next day if required.
Is the Dancefloor safe to use?
Yes our dancefloors are fully certified and tested for electrical safety. We also carry full public liability insurance required for most venues and can provide a copy by request.
Can you have drinks on the dancefloor?
Having drinks on the dancefloor is perfectly safe however we recommend not doing so as a smashed glass can clear a dancefloor pretty quickly and ruin the party atmosphere.
Is there a delivery or waiting charge?
All costs will be included in your quotation with no hidden delivery or waiting charges.
How do I make a booking?
Once you have checked availability and you are happy with your quotation we send you an online booking form and payment information for the deposit. This takes under 2 minutes to complete.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be made online by Credit or Debit Card, Paypal or online banking. Please get in touch to request the details.
